Thai Yellow Curry Powder

 How to Use

  1. Add 1 can of coconut milk (400ml) into the saucepan and bring it to boil, add 1 pouch of red curry powder (33g). Stir to mix well.
  2. Add thinly sliced potatoes (150g), carrots (100g), onions (150g) and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meat or protein of your choice (350g) and bring to a boil.
  3. Close lid, medium heat, simmer until everything is cooked, and ready to serve.
