At Kunka Krua Thai, a women-owned brand, our mission is to make authentic Thai cooking easy, nourishing, clean-ingredient, and convenient — while bringing people together through food and purposeful impact.
I was born in Thailand, where food is more than nourishment; it’s a way of life rooted in tradition, healing, and cultural wisdom. From an early age, I learned that Thai herbs and spices not only create bold, vibrant flavor, but have long been cherished for their natural, health-supporting qualities.
During the pandemic, I found myself reflecting on what truly matters: health, home, and simplicity. I saw that many people crave real, authentic flavors, yet don’t always have the time or confidence to cook from scratch. I wanted to create something that made authentic Thai cooking easy — without sacrificing quality, wellness or tradition.
That vision became Kunka Krua Thai.
Our curry powders — Authentic Thai Red, Green, and Yellow Curry — are thoughtfully crafted to help you prepare flavorful, satisfying meals in as little as 15 minutes. Simply add coconut milk, vegetables, and your favorite protein. No cooking expertise required.
We believe clean ingredients matter. Our curry powders are made with 100% natural, high-quality herbs and spices and are gluten-free, vegan, and free from MSG, preservatives, added oils, and artificial colors — crafted for everyday cooking that’s simple, honest, and full of flavor.
Every pouch is crafted in collaboration with a trusted Thai partner who carefully screens the supply chain and works with growers that cultivate herbs naturally, without chemical inputs, in accordance with supplier standards.
In honor of my mentor’s vision for peace, 10% of net profits are donated to peace-focused organizations. We believe food has the power to connect people — and that business can be a force for good.
